Warranty Terms

1. General Warranty Terms
• Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Service Center or its Authorized Service Center only.
• For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the authorized service center, all expenses incurred in collection and servicing shall be borne by the customer.
Warranty continues for the unexpired period after repairs or replacement. Repair time is not excluded from the warranty period.
• The company reserves the right to retain any replaced parts.
Warranty coverage resumes after inspection by the service center. Visiting charges are applicable for inspection.
Paid installation or demo services are available for all models and must be availed within six (6) months from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Scope
• The company’s warranty obligation is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.
• In case of unavailable spare parts, the company’s depreciation rules will apply as a commercial solution.
• Only defective accessories will be repaired or replaced.
• The service center will determine whether repairs will be conducted on-site or at the service center.
Extended warranty must be registered within two (2) weeks of purchase.
• Replaced parts will be functionally operative but may not be new.
• Repairs may involve new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts.
Promotional or extended warranties are subject to model-specific details.


3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
1. Products not purchased from an authorized distribution channel.

2. Products not used in accordance with the instruction manual.

3. Defects or failures caused by improper use.

4. Warranty void if the product fails under specific conditions such as:
Water damage or exposure to moisture.
Unauthorized modifications to internal circuitry.
Improper site conditions that do not conform to operating standards.
Serial number removal, alteration, or obliteration.

5. Damage caused by external factors, including:
Lightning, abnormal voltage, power surges, or Acts of God.
Pest or insect infestation.

6. Company not liable for:
Third-party claims, including loss of profits or data.
Economic losses due to downtime or product failure.

7. Warranty does not cover:
Third-party software or content-related issues.
Normal wear and tear due to regular usage.
Damage caused by unauthorized accessories or software.
Battery damage due to short-circuiting or tampering.

4. Jurisdiction
• All disputes arising under this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
