2. Delivery Location
• Items offered on our website are available for delivery to specified regions.
• We also accept international orders for customers shipping to approved countries.
Shipping outside the specified regions is not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time
• An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed.
• Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement.
• Delivery times serve as a guideline only and are subject to order approval and acceptance.
• We strive to fulfill all orders within seven (7) business days after payment confirmation, unless exceptional circumstances arise.
Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We do not process shipments on Saturdays or Sundays.
