Benchmark Technomate Warranty Policy

  • Proof of purchase is a pre-requisite to claim warranty.
  • Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Service Center or its Authorized Service Center only.
  • For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the authorized service center, all expenses incurred in collection and servicing will be borne by the customer.
  • Warranty continues for the unexpired period after repairs/replacement, and repair time is not excluded from the warranty period.
  • The company reserves the right to retain any replaced parts.
  • Warranty continues after inspection by the service center, with visiting charges applicable for inspection.
  • Paid installation or demo is available for all models and must be availed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • The company’s warranty obligation is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.
  • In case of unavailable spares, the company’s depreciation rules will apply as a commercial solution.
  • Only defective accessories will be repaired or replaced.
  • All disputes under this warranty are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
  • The service center will determine whether repairs will be conducted on-site or at the service center.
  • Extended warranty must be registered within 2 weeks of purchase.
  • Replaced parts will be functionally operative parts.
  • Repairs may involve new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts.
  • Promotional or extended warranties are subject to model-specific details.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Product not purchased from an authorized distribution channel.
  • Product not used as per the instruction manual.
  • Defects caused by improper use.
  • Warranty void if product fails under specific conditions like water damage.
  • Unauthorized modifications to circuitry.
  • Site conditions not conforming to operating standards.
  • Serial number removed, obliterated, or altered.
  • Damage due to lightning, abnormal voltage, or acts of God.
  • Damage caused by pests or insects.
  • Company not liable for third-party claims, lost data, or economic losses.
  • Warranty does not cover third-party software or content.
  • Normal wear and tear not covered.
  • Damage from unauthorized accessories or software.
  • Battery damage due to short-circuiting or tampering.
